The tour guides

 

We are in Hamburg one of the largest providers of sightseeing tours. Stambula is the only bus company in Hamburg which employs several permanent guides, all licensed by the Hamburg Tourism Association. Of course we conduct the tours in English and many other languages ​​by competent and exclusively licensed tour guides, whose knowledge is regularly checked by the Tourist Board. The captain

 

Undoubtedly, this is the most important seat on board! And while other companies employ bus drivers, Stambula sets only qualified captains in the cockpit of its modern fleet. Years of experience in all weather conditions on the road, ongoing training in the latest technology and regulations, annual safety training, prudent and responsible handling and the right feeling in dealing with our guests, our board captains are the pride of Stambula fleet.
 
Stambula consistently pays attention to the observance of rest periods, speed restrictions and routine examinations in occupational medical service. The technique

      

With an average age of just 4 years has Stambula one of the youngest and most modern fleet of coaches in Hamburg. An in-house garage, recognized as a certified master company, takes over the daily care and maintenance to the vehicles. Each bus is following a comprehensive protocol according to our strict quality standards examined before he drives up to the customer.

Every 3 months, checks out a Mercedes-Benz garage also the proper state of each coach. Through constant acquisition of new vehicles we replace older vehicles in our fleet. Safety is paramount and Stambula goes far beyond the legally prescribed standards.

The safety

The safety of all passengers on board with us is paramount. Stambula TV shows with its on-board video entertainment program, in addition to its fleet and travel information, a safety video before the trip starts, as same as is standard in every airplane.
